5 things I love about Trader Joes staff that make a big difference in the guest experience.

1.  They are friendly.  And not just to each other. 

2.  They are knowledgeable about their products and other staff.  It's almost as if they care about the on-goings of the store beyond their own individual assignments.

3.  Creative and expressive communications.

4.  Samples (examples) of how the product they sell can play out in your life.

5.  They seem to actually enjoy what they do.
